Laurentian Bank of Canada declares dividend on its common shares and announces the termination of its Shareholder Dividend Reinvestment and Share Purchase Plan

MONTREAL, Aug. 28, 2026 /CNW/ -- At its meeting held on August 27, 2026, the Board of Directors of Laurentian Bank of Canada (TSX: LB) (the "Bank") declared a regular quarterly dividend of 47 cents per share on the common shares, payable on October 30, 2026, to the holders of record at the close of business on October 1, 2026.

The above-mentioned dividends are designated as eligible dividends for the purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada) and any similar provincial and territorial legislation.

Furthermore, the Bank announced today that it has determined to terminate its Shareholder Dividend Reinvestment and Share Purchase Plan (the "Plan"), effective September 30, 2026. Prior to that date, any Bank common shares issued pursuant to the Plan will be issued by the Bank's Corporate Treasury without discount.
